Spencer Krier serves as Director of Data & Field, helping Republican candidates and organization maximize campaign performance through data-driven targeting, field strategy, and voter analysis. Combining hands-on field experience with a strong analytical background, Spencer works with clients to identify key voter audiences, strengthen grassroots operations, and develop winning strategies built on actionable insights.

Before joining JLK, Spencer worked on campaigns across Minnesota and the Midwest, leading field operations and conducting opposition research for Republican candidates. His experience gives him a unique understanding of both the numbers behind a campaign and the voter contact efforts that turn strategy into results. Outside of work, Spencer enjoys traveling to historic sites, attending country music concerts, supporting his local Catholic parish, and cheering on Minnesota’s sports teams.
