Sean Pumphrey serves as Campaign Manager, helping candidates build disciplined, effective campaigns through strategic planning, grassroots organization, and voter contact operations. A United States Army veteran with more than a decade of political experience, Sean has managed campaigns and directed field operations across the Southeast, bringing a hands-on leadership style and deep understanding of what it takes to win competitive races.

Before joining JLK, Sean managed Republican campaigns in Louisiana and Georgia and held leadership roles with Infield Strategies, Blitz Canvassing, and Georgia Victory, where he oversaw multi-state voter contact programs, campaign staffing, and regional field operations. A longtime conservative activist, Sean also served as Chairman of the South Carolina Young Republicans and later as Co-Chair and Chief of Staff for the Young Republican National Federation, helping strengthen grassroots organizations and develop future Republican leaders nationwide. He lives in Atlanta with his wife, Kelly, and their three children, Delilah, Colten, and AnnaBeth.
