Aubrey Cardona serves as Director of Operations overseeing the systems, logistics, and day-to-day operations that keep the firm and its clients moving efficiently. Working closely with JLK’s leadership team, she manages everything from scheduling and travel coordination to client support and operational planning, helping ensure campaigns and projects stay organized, responsive, and on track.

 

Before joining JLK, Aubrey managed political campaigns in Oregon and served as a trainer for conservative organizations, helping prepare candidates, volunteers, and grassroots leaders for success. Her background in campaign management and political operations gives her a unique understanding of the fast-paced demands of political consulting. Originally from Beaverton, Oregon, Aubrey enjoys cooking, traveling, and finding new ways to make complex operations run smoothly.
