Addison Merryman serves as Vice President of Political Services, where he helps candidates and organizations gain a strategic advantage through data-driven decision-making, campaign planning, and winning tactics. Since entering politics, Addison has advised campaigns at every level combining analytics thinking with hands-on campaign experience to help clients navigate competitive political environments.

 

Before joining JLK, Addison served as a political director, campaign manager, and legislative aide, leading successful campaigns that unseated incumbent legislators in back-to-back Republican primaries. He earned his degree in History from Duke University and is currently pursuing his MBA at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Having lived on three continents, Addison now calls Richmond home, where he enjoys playing guitar, competing in online chess, and serving with his local church alongside his wife, Erica.
